Our verdict
The G45 is worth considering for basic use when a large 120Hz screen and expandable storage matter most. Its HD+ resolution and lack of 5G are clear compromises, and the advertised 12GB memory figure includes Xtra RAM.
Pros
- +Large 120Hz display is attractive for buyers prioritizing screen size and refresh rate.
- +128GB storage with microSD expansion provides flexibility for local files.
- +Side-mounted fingerprint unlocking adds convenient biometric access.
Cons
- −4G-only connectivity rules out 5G service.
- −The large display is limited to 720 × 1600 resolution.
