Our verdict

A practical starter kit for buyers wanting combinable resistance tubes and accessories in one bag. Treat the physical DVD as unconfirmed despite the listing title, and consider another set if you need lighter starting resistance.

Pros

  • +Handles, ankle straps and a door anchor provide a useful accessory set.
  • +Combinable tubes offer several resistance settings without separate weights.
  • +Included carry bag and training manual support portable workouts.

Cons

  • −The DVD wording conflicts with the manufacturer's current online-only contents.
  • −The lightest included tube is labeled 20 lb; no lighter tube is supplied.

Frequently asked

Do I need to buy handles or ankle straps separately?

No. The listed kit includes two handles, two ankle straps and one door anchor.

Does it include storage for travel?

Yes. A nylon carry bag is included.

What inspection does GoFit recommend?

GoFit says to inspect the equipment before every use and discontinue use immediately if damage or wear is present.
